How to Properly Mop Epoxy Floors: Tips and Tricks for a Gleaming Finish
To mop epoxy floors, first sweep or vacuum the area to remove any loose dirt and debris. Then, mix a cleaning solution of 1/2 cup of ammonia and 1 or 2 tablespoons of dishwashing detergent in a gallon of hot water. Dip a mop into the solution and wring it out well before mopping the entire surface. Rinse the mop often and change the solution as needed. Finally, use a clean, dry mop or towel to wipe up any remaining water and ensure the floor is completely dry.
