To use Power XL vacuum sealer, first plug in the machine and turn it on. Place the open end of the bag into the vacuum channel, making sure the edge of the bag is flush with the seal bar. Close the lid and press the vacuum and seal button. The machine will automatically remove the air from the bag and seal it shut. To seal only without vacuuming, press the seal button. To seal moist foods, press the moist button before sealing. To clean the machine, wipe it down with a damp cloth and remove any leftover food particles.
