How to Properly Bleed Power Steering with a Vacuum Pump
To bleed power steering with a vacuum pump, first, attach the pump to the power steering fluid reservoir. Next, start the engine and run it for a few minutes to circulate the fluid. Turn off the engine and attach the vacuum pump to the power steering fluid return line. Then, turn on the vacuum pump and let it run for a few minutes until all air bubbles are removed. Finally, turn off the vacuum pump and start the engine again to check if the power steering is working properly.
