How to Properly Vacuum Seal Fresh Green Beans for Optimal Preservation
To vacuum seal fresh green beans, first wash and trim the ends of the beans. Then, blanch them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes and immediately transfer them to an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
